To be saved you have to hear the gospel message of repentance and salvation. You will be convicted of your sins and have a godly sorrow over your sins you committed against a holy God. You will believe on Jesus Christ who will set you free from your sin. You will repent which means you will turn from your wicked ways and live a holy life because it is written in 1 Peter 1:16,
“Be holy, for I am holy.”

From that time Jesus began to preach and to say,
Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
~Matthew 4:17

For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.
~2 Corinthians 7:10

if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
~2 Chronicles 7:14

How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.                   ~Romans 10:14-17

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.  ~John 11:25

And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”     So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”      ~Acts 16:30-31

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. ~Ephesians 2:8-10

being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, ~Romans 3:24

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, ~Ephesians 1:7-8

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! ~John 1:29

And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.” ~John 6:65

But I will sacrifice to You
With the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay what I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. ~John 2:9

and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” ~Revelation 7:20

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. ~Romans 12:1-2

  1. I appreciate you sharing your personal relationship with God. I assume that you are relatively young in the Lord and excited about your recent spiritual entrance into His eternal kingdom. I also imagine that you are quite committed to following His call to preach the Gospel to ALL nations. Relative to the fact that you are in S. Africa and I reside in the USA, it is a blessing to read of such faith active in a young woman on the far side of the globe! Be encouraged that you have reached many more outside your personal physical realm of influence than our finite human minds could hope to comprehend. May I encourage you to conduct a deeper research into the Holy Scriptures to further refine the doctrines you profess? Be prepared – “Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear”- 1Pt. 3:15. “In all things showing yourself a pattern of good works: in doctrine showing incorruption, gravity, sincerity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you”- Titus 2:7,8. Continue to be blessed!
